The MPTC is dedicated to sharing the acquired knowledge of professional practitioners offering psychotherapeutic services in the field of general anger management, conjugal violence, cyber-dependency and other personal challenges.
We offer unique and extensive programs designed to assist clients to feel less powerless in dealing with their personal obstacles. We welcome opportunities to present our programs to front-line staff, support staff, clientele and/or management. Our director is available to provide you with details about our Centers, their services, referral procedures, and to answer any questions that you might have.
Clinicians at the MPC, MGTC, MDVC and MAMC have extensive experience and training in effectively treating a number of problematic behavioural challenges such as: anger and violent behaviour, family dynamics, dependency, gender issues, trauma, sexual abuse etc. We offer a variety of training programs to help your staff effectively intervene in such situations. The structure of training seminars is always tailored to your agency’s specific requirements. Our trainings will be the result of research-based and experiential knowledge that is the result of our clinical expertise, ongoing publications and communications, links with academic institutions and research.
Ongoing supervision is also available to provide continuing specialized education, support and problem solving to participants of training seminars. Effective training opens our eyes to issues previously not identified. Seeing our work from a slightly different perspective introduces new questions requiring further exploration. Designed to improve clinical skills and techniques, supervision can also explore specialized areas of interest
such as anger management and addictions, adolescence, or mental health.
Fees for specific services and service packages are negotiated on an individualized basis; our goal is to work together to meet your needs through our expertise!
